At Coco de Mer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not quite right, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn garments in their original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the shipping box provided to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel, removing any old delivery labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our quality control team inspects the items.
